COLLECTION INSPIRATION

“Evening Harmony” collection is inspired by the poem Evening Harmony (L’harmonie du soir) of Charles Baudelaire in the first section of his book ‘Les fleurs du mal’ entitled “Spleen et Idéal”.

In this collection, Chrystelle Atallah uses different cuts for her gowns and introduces 3D details in order to highlight the poet’s mood fluctuations in his book; she also converts the sad and melancholic air of the book to a lighter breeze through the use of beautiful pastel and vibrant colors.
