COLLECTION INSPIRATION
Chrystelle Atallah’s collection “Au bout d’un rêve” is an inspiration from Charles Baudelaire’s book “Les fleurs du mal” published in 1857.
By associating flowers with evil, the title of Baudelaire’s book reveals the contradictions of existence and takes us in his poems from feelings of celestial inspiration to those of darkest despair.
“Au bout d’un rêve”, Chrystelle Atallah’s first official collection is inspired by life’s pursuits of dreams and deepest passions despite all the obstacles that could lie ahead. It’s a journey of ups and downs but worth embracing even if it is leading to the unknown.
